What is the purpose of the 'repeat order' button in the "My Orders" section?

This button lets the client add any items from a previous order to his cart through the following steps:

  • click the number of the order to be repeated;
  • the order will open and beneath it the "Repeat Order" will appear. All the items in the order will be added to the cart.

Why are items sometimes out of stock?

Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items shown in the catalog, but due to popularity and supply issues, some products may not always be available. Generally, Best Supplies LLC can estimate when a product should be back in stock. Please call us at 8-111-222-3333 and select the store customer service option.

I didn't receive an item I paid for. Does Best Supplies LLC offer insurance?

We don't offer an insurance program.

However, if you don't receive an item you paid for, you can receive a refund of the full purchase price plus original shipping on eligible purchases through the Best Supplies LLC resolution process.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account / Orders" link in the top right-hand corner of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / Cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I check my order status?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, you may conveniently request replacement parts via My Account. For instructions on how to do so, please see "Ordering Replacement Parts". We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

How to use promotional codes?

When you join our email list, you will become eligible for the various discounts and promotions we offer periodically on select items. Should you receive a promotion code from us via email, be sure to enter it during checkout in order to apply the discount that is being offered. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with this feature. (Please note, many promotional codes and coupons are limited to one per purchase.)
